1. Custom-Made Products

Most of our products are custom-made according to customer-selected specifications such as size, fabric, color, and style.

Because these items are made specifically for each order:

Custom-made products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Exceptions

We will accept a return, replacement, or refund for custom-made products only if:

The item is defective due to manufacturing issues

The item is damaged during transit

The item does not match the confirmed order specifications due to a production error

In these cases, Hdjdrapi will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund, at no additional cost to the customer.

2. Eligible Returns (Non-Custom Items)

For in-stock or non-custom items, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Original packaging and tags are intact

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds are not accepted for the following reasons:

Change of mind or items no longer needed

Incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer

Minor size variations within standard manufacturing tolerances

Slight color differences caused by lighting, screen settings, or dyeing batches

Personal preferences regarding weight, texture, or light-blocking performance

4. Return Process

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue

Attach clear photos if the item is defective or damaged

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or production error, Hdjdrapi will cover the return shipping cost

For approved returns due to other eligible reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

6. Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

After the refund is processed, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.

Based on the above processing and payment timelines, the overall refund timeline is generally estimated to be around 12 business days, although actual timing may vary due to external payment provider or bank processing factors.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during transit:

If the package is confirmed lost or damaged, customers may choose either a replacement or a refund.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

Replacement items will match the original order specifications

Hdjdrapi will cover shipping costs for approved exchanges caused by defects or damage
